microsoft visual C++ error

merhaba bilgisayarima
microsoft visual C++ introductory editionu kurdum ve hicbir programi compile etmedi ve asagidaki hatayi verdi.
Daha sonra microsoft visual C++ enterprise editionu kurdum ve yine ayni hata ile karsilastim. Hic bir programi compile edemiyorum.
Bu sorunun nasil cozulecegini bilen birisi yardim ederse sevinirim.
