about mailer programmes

I want to know more about mailer programm such Fast Email Delivery Engine 1.2 on http://www.lencom.com/SMTP-sender.html
How does it work without ISP? If you have any information about such programmes send links to me. Thanks.

Sorry but we do not support spam. However you might be in search for such software for legitimate reasons, then you shall search in www.google.com www.download.com etc.

Btw, it doesn't work without ISP instead it doesn't depend on the ISP's mail services. I didn't download the trial, but there are mainly two ways for the solution;

1. It has its own mail service embedded (works both as a server & client)
2. It searchs for relay positive mail servers on the net and uses them.
